Maryland Marketing Source, Inc. is diligent when it comes to gathering data that is important to our clients. We maintain a state-of-the-art CATI (computer assisted telephone interviewing) facility with 40 acoustically paneled interviewing stations. Our computerized facility eliminates typical “paper and pencil” errors, and facilitates complete data analysis and cross tabulation capabilities.

Because high quality data collection is our overall goal, MMS has established interviewer training and certification procedures to ensure that all aspects of each study are conducted according to the highest research standards. Our professional supervisors and interviewers go through a comprehensive, in-depth training program, which meets MRA standards, prior to the start of each project. Our staff also participates in our own proprietary training courses which focus on proper probing techniques, interviewing etiquette, and verbatim typing protocols.

All stations are connected to a silent monitoring system that allows staff and clients to listen to the interviews while in progress, even from outside the facility. Further, through these monitoring means, we employ an external auditor who upholds our high expectations of excellence and quality control.
